Balsamic Vinegar
Great Balsamic is rare to find, and I like mine thick with a deep full-bodied flavor. The Trebbiano and Lambrusco Grapes are carefully harvested in early Autumn by hand, where their juice, skins, seeds, and stems are cooked. This caramelizes the sugars, giving Balsamic Vinegar its rich, complex flavor. Our Balsamic Vinegar is then fermented and aged in Oak barrels over long seasons. It’s silky and viscous, with a deep, sweet flavor profile.
Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The organic Olives in our Olive Oil are picked by hand and cold-pressed immediately to ensure crispness and rich antioxidant and polyphenol content. It contains our famous blend of Mission, Picual, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio Olive varietals, which makes for a vibrant, peppery Oil balanced by softer fruit notes. Each bottle is harvested by Philip Asquith — a fourth-generation Olive farmer. Phil’s trees were grown from cuttings taken from some of the oldest and most renowned Olive groves in Europe, which produce Oils not easily found in this part of the world.

I loved the oil so when it was time to replace I decided to order the duo. As good as the oil is, the vinegar is addictive. I’ve even tried adding it to club soda as suggested. So good.
